We collect as little as possible: only what you send us through the contact form.

Who we are

This website is run by nootrish, based in Cambridge, United Kingdom. For anything about your data, email contact@nootrish.com.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you give one) and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us, or taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement with you.

To protect the form from abuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for ten minutes to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it loads no content from other companies. Fonts and images are served from our own website. The LinkedIn link takes you to LinkedIn, whose own privacy policy then applies.

Who processes your data

Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes this data on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact, unless we go on to work together.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy of it. Email us atcontact@nootrish.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
